Raymond Glendenning Book of Sport.

Raymond Glendenning was a well known radio sports presenter and popular figure of the of the forties and fifties who lent his name to a number of sports books of the time. The book was fronted by him and each volume contained a mixture of features on various sports. Each volume also contains 3-4 stories of Skip and Co. of Felgate School. Although Felgate was created by Hamilton for the Raymond Glendenning Book of Sport new stories also appeared in Billy Bunter's Own and Tom Merry's Own.

A number of stories were reprinted by Spring.

The book continued beyond 1962 as the Grandstand Book of Sport but no longer contained Hamilton stories.
